I completed FIA, but I am do not know how to get the diploma certificate.

You can get your certificate by using the following instructions:
1. Login to your myACCA account
2. Click ‘Exam status & results’
3. Click ‘Print a certificate’
4. Select the certificate from the drop-down menu
5. Click ‘View certificate’
