Hello
can anyone plz guide me how to calculate NCI goodwill..? and can you plz explain what actually happened in the ACCA past papers June 2010 because they simply multiplied the %age of NCI share with Subsidiary equity share and multiplied with its share price ie(8000 x 25% x 4.5)

that’s because the question stated that the value of the nci investment was the fair value of their shares.
