I got stuck on this question aswell. How do you find the proportions for the Retail Asset Beta and Porperty Asset Beta. The answer says (4338/6800) and (2462/6800). How do you find these proportions? Thanks.

i got it.. it is the the sum of land and building and assets under construction = 2,297 + 165 = 2426. alright?
