Is there a lot of assumed knowledge for the SBL exam? Or is most of the exam based on topics only relevant to SBL? I have taken exemptions for the Financial and performance management exams.
Probably about 50% of topics would have been met, to some extent, in earlier papers such as BT, AA and PM. However, notes, texts and lectures will normally cover these sufficiently for you to be OK. PM, perhaps has the most technical material reappearing in SBL (eg dealing with risk and uncertainty and variance analysis). Our notes have a chapter on PM skills of particular relevance to SBL.
