Dear Sir,
Please advise that how many marks I would be awarded for the following answer of audit risk :
Max Draco is Chair of our client and of a major supplier of ships. Risk of non-disclosure of related party because Max Draco is key management. This is material by nature. Crux should disclose relationship/transaction.
