    How many hours of studying a week is required to pass the ACCA F4 and F6?

    No one can tell you the answer – all students are different. Some take to a topic like a duck to water and others like a duck to orange sauce.

    It’s a very personal matter and only you can tell whether you feel you have done enough / planned enough (the marker will also tell you, but by then it’s too late)

    I study 2 papers per time and have weekend classes for tuition. I tend to do my weekend classes and then study for approximately 2 – 3 hours at least 3 nights per week, and from the end of tuition 3 hours every night per week (mon – Fri) and then more at the weekend.

    But thats me

    It’s very hard to pin a certain number of hours required for prep of a paper. Like Mike said, depends from person to person. You should skim through the books/Opentuition notes, factor in your study style, and you should be able to come up with a suitable timetable for yourself. Good luck!
