Forums › ACCA Forums › General ACCA Forums › How many exams do people normally sit in the one exam period?
Hi. I am starting ACCA soon and I am exempt from the fundamentals, so I only need to sit the professional papers, so I will only have to study 1 paper per exam period. I noticed that the ACCA exams have low pass rates, is this normally because people are having to study more than one paper and they are not getting as much time on each? Or do most people only sit one per session like me?
I’m having to work full time whilst studying so I’m getting worried about how much time I will have to study.
mostly people took 2 or 3 papers well u can check poll result for more https://opentuition.com/forums/polls/
check this instant poll 🙂

So the fact that the majority of people are taking 2+ papers contributes to the low pass rates? I’m hoping I’ll be okay with one at a time.
That is not a sensible conclusion to come to. You either know the material or you don’t. Just knowing more than the guy sitting next to you isn’t enough.
