How many days notice for AGM?

How many days notice must be given for AGM?
Cours notes from your website and my book state 21 days. The lecutres on opentutition website says 14 days. WHich one is correct?

It’s 14 for an “Other General Meeting” and 21 for the “Annual General Meeting”
