HI!
I’ve just passed F1. (77%)
I am doing self study and would like to take F2 ASAP. ( ideally at the end of Oct.)
How long do I need to study F2? (F1 took me about 2months.)
Am I to optimistic? Any advice would be appreciated!September 23, 2011 at 4:29 am #88338Well , if F1 took you 2 months,
then F2 will take you 1.F2 is the easiest ACCA paper.
However i noticed that some people even manage to fail it.It needs lots of practice,
pay attention to topics like marginal , absorbtion and starndard costing.
Standard costing is the hardest topic in f2 i believe.
So if u start studying REALLY hard from tomorrow, you can make it till end of oct 🙂September 23, 2011 at 6:44 pm #88339do not take risk !
Once you are satisfied that you are prepared for F2 then take exam!
Set Target for 2 months and try to complete it with lot of conceptual practice!
solve kaplan kit .. you feel ease then go for exam!everyone has different mind.. it is not necessary you take same time as above member suggested you!
Good Luck

Don’t take F2 very easy, it is not as simple and straight forward as many people take it. There are concepts within concepts, so try to solve as many questions as you can. Also keep on revising what you have learnt previously.
