Maybe guys should share tips on how they passed particular papers. Between us i am sure we can get a pretty comprehensive list.
P6 was my fav. it felt like reading a story. so intersting finding out what aspects apply to one person or the other. i had taken f6 in the same fiscal year, so it was easier to carry knowledge forward. the computations were a life saver.

for P3, really it was just practise practise. our tutor would make us attempt questions first thing each class from day one! get those jitters out the way and just learn to put something down. became fun after a while.. actually looked forward to it.

P4 is so so interesting but so so tricky. currently working on getting my ratios and formulas down so that i can turn them inside out and around and around. will probably start analyzing real life company information just for fun. i felt like i had understood them but my head started spinning in the exam. must learn at least 5 ways to skin each one of these cats, coz the examiner comes from unexpected sides, then you just don’t know how to use the information he has given you. had trouble while practicing the questions… finding an approach was always the hard part. gathering up all the info and having it make sense.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am preparing for P2 for Sep. I am due to start P4 for Dec 2017 sitting, so I will take note of these pointers and planning to do P3 for March 2018.

I sat P1 in June which was very interesting indeed.
