    Usually, identification gets easy however in certain cases, students struggle to find what model to apply.
    Any tips around that, please?

    And any Opentution tips available on topics that may turn up in June 2016?

    Yes, it can be difficult yo choose a model and be confident using it. You have to look at:

    1 The data in the question. What model would it suit. So, if you can calculate market growth and market share BCG might work. If it’s about outsourcing, think about Harn=mon. If about culture, think about cultural web.

    2 Look for ‘trigger’ words in the requirements. So ‘contextual features’ implies Balogun and Hope Hailey; environmental analysis implies PESTEL.
