    Dear Mike,

I have had a go at P2 thrice and have been failing it!!! In the first two attempts I was getting 30s. In June I got a 42.
How on earth do I study P2? Should I just go through question papers only? Should I read the text, notes, technical articles?
I was sure of a pass in the June sitting but Holt surprised me. Mike, advise, how do I go about it?

Get stuck into a revision kit and go over and over and over the past exam questions. Keep doing that, repeatedly, over and over again!

    And then again

    and again

    and ag……..

    you get the message!

    Dear sir,
I am going to take p2 for the first time.
I am to pass the paper at any cost.
Now what should I do to pass this paper with a 60+ marks?
Should I go to the past papers from the ACCA website or follow from a particular kit?
Please let me know whether lsbf 2011 study text would be sufficient to give me a clear understanding on the topics of p2.

Thanx in advance for the reply.

I’m not going to comment on the merits or demerits of LSBF study texts!

Course notes and lectures on this site will be a good start. Past exam questions from this site or from the ACCA website is also a MUST. When you get through all the past exam questions, then ….. do them again. And again. And again

That’ll get you a long way to your target 🙂
