for instance if the question is to write about
    i) conditions
    ii) warranty
    iii) innominate terms

would it be enough to answer just these points or am i supposed to write a short intro about terms [ like in the exam kit ] and then proceed to answer ? And also in how many words should i answer the question ?

    hi jackson 09
well, if u can then it would be good enough but, since we have limited time in the exam and that these are straight forward question rather than a scenario based therefore write to the point along with case laws reference … and if its for 3-5 marks then 6-10 lines are enough… i have parcticed in the same manner…

questions on conditions, warranties and innominate will be of around 3-4 marks!

    i would write :
Definition, Remedy, Case Law… i guess this would sufficient! it will take around 6-7 lines!

and it’s not about “how many words”, it’s about how relevant ur answer is.. trust me, examiner is not interested in ur detail 2-3 page answers.. but it is quite obvious that a 10 mark question will contain more relevant points than a 3 mark question..

and don’t rely too much on marking scheme answers, as the examiner has said that the answers provided in marking schemes are for teaching purposes, and student can get full marks, even if they write answer which is not as detailed as marking scheme!
