Hi
Some books say that an EQCR/hot review should be done by a partner, others say just an accountant, which is better to say in the exam?

If you download the pdf of our notes you can search for key phrases to check whether your question is answered. For example “Engagement quality” on page 46 says this will normally be a partner. I would go with partner for EQCR of a listed company.
