    sir in this threat yo have given this ” For a public interest
    company, such as a company listed on a stock exchange, the maximum proportion of
    fees arising form that client should not be more than 15% of total fees in two
    consecutive years.” as a safeguard.

    here, total fees means what? is it the overall fees earned by auditor as a whole ?
