    And my second question, dear Tutor.
    High interest rates attracts foreigh investment, thus increasing the demand for the currency(I do not understand which currency foreign or domestic?). The exchange rate rises.
    Kindly ask Your support in the area also. If there is one example, I could get it.

    If you could get high interest for dollar deposits then you would be keen to buy dollars so that you could get high interest.

    This would mean that the dollar would strengthen and that your currency would buy fewer dollars as a result.
