    Hi,

I’ve read that the the High Court has three main divisions: the Queen’s Bench Division, the Chancery Division and the Family Division.

but each has a divisional court.

But i don’t understand the difference between these two.

For example what is the difference between Queen’s Bench Division and the Queen’s Bench Divisional court. (same for Chancery Division and chacery divisional court & Family Division and Family Divisional court)

Does the study text not tell you? I don’t think that I know the answer to that one! Sorry
