Yes, if you download the free lectures notes and you watch the free lectures that go with the notes, then it is a complete course that covers everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
In addition, practice at exam standard questions is vital, and for this you need to buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers – they contain lots of past exam and other exam-standard questions for practice.
