hi there i was just wondering if any of you all will be willing to help me out with my study for the f6 exam in June 2013. feel free to send me a private message here on opentuition and let me know if u dont mind helping me out. Also if u have any trouble with your studies i will try my best to help you as well. Oh and if any one who have wrote the f6 exam in the past and failed can you message me and if you dont mind tell me your experience with the exam and what you think made you fail (e.g. time management, lack of preparation). thank you.

    Hi
For any exam success adequate preparation is key.there is no short cut you have to cover the whole syllabus and you hav to look out for articles written by examiners.he breaks down seemingly difficult topics easy to grasp ad understand.f6 has must topics such as Capital gains tax ,vat, corp tax, inheritance tax, personal tax etc
Once you tackle a topic you need to go back again maybe within a week so that you cement what you have read.using the rev kit is very useful also to understand what you have learnt.
Remember also to have the updated finance act ,notes and rev kit must be for the current sitting.
Enjoy an love the paper too,
Hope you will find this beneficial.

Yes they are but a month or two before the exams buy an exam kit and practice while timing yourself on how long it takes you to do the questions. Past exam papers do not take into account the revised Finance Act as HMRC changes it every year. Good luck with your studies.
