    Hi Everyone.
I have successfully passed Computer Based F1-F3. I am about to start studying F5 for June ’15 sitting.
How is paper based exam different to CBE?
What do I need to focus on and what did you find the most challenging?
What study materials or courses do you recommend?
    Thank you

Hi Karolina. I am at exactly the same stage as you. I have completed F1-F3 and I am just starting F5 for the June 15 paper exam. F5 follows on from F2 so thats the reason why I decided to do it next. I think the paper exams are still the same format and style as the CBE’s, the downside is that we have to wait for results. I am going to study with open tuition and then I will likely buy a revision kit for practice, not sure who to go with yet, maybe kaplan or bpp.

Paper format has 12 CBE style question and about 6 long questions..

I am currently studying the same and sort of reading 1 chapter and doing that chapters exam question and making notes on how/where the figures are coming from…its helpful.

I have tried reading the whole study manual first than doing exam question but its harder…

Thank you for your advice. I am watching opentuition lectures and doing exam kit questions. Sometimes I use study text for a reference. Good luck everyone!
