trust me I had a good paper .. i even saw a friend of mine at the exam venue who looked dreadful abt it..he passed it and i failed. I think the examiners didnot score some of my work! because I couldnt find time to fill in the question number on top of the ans sheet! I think this is the main reason and I wanna know how to challenge to inquire about that!!

Assuming that your theoretical knowledge is good, then you should concentrate on doing questions and, if possible, having those questions reviewed/marked. Most colleges run question-based revision days that you can do on a stand-alone basis. They set a question then as that is being marked, you do another etc. Lots of feedback is given.

This will help you to analyse problems you might have and is well-worth considering.

Hi I am having trouble categorising the models and putting things into perspctive for the exams. I have studied the models and am currently doing past papers but I realised that you have to use different models for different issues and I am having problems with questions where its up to you what models you have to use. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If a question says using a model or models of your choice, then potentially marks will be given for using any model. However, to score well the model must fit the data in the question. So, if a question has only one product and does not mention market share or market growth rate, BCG won’t get you far. If competitors etc are mentioned then 5 forces might be fruitful.

If asked to assess strategic position SWOT will always work.
