Hi mike.. I’m so confused! I gave p7 last time and flunked at 39. I attempted almost 75 to 85 marks! I’ve just started doing practice now as i think the major reason was that i didn’t had enough practice! Hardly completed past papers once!
Now i can’t decide that should i watch your lectures first and then do the kit/past papers or directly go for the past papers?
Secondly i want to know that are there any changes in ISA’s? I mean if i do the past papers, they aren’t updated so will it be ok or i should buy the kit? Please reply soon!
I think the probable reason you failed was that you attempted only “almost 75% – 85%” ( How can you attempt “almost” a range of marks? )
You scored 39 out of ( say ) 75 and that’s 52%
Allocate your time properly and attempt EVERY question and every PART of every question.
As for listening to me – that’s a personal choice for you to make. Revision kit / past papers certainly
ISA’s – I don’t believe that there have been fundamental changes since last December
Hope that helps
Thanks mike! 🙂
Umm.. I mean that there isn’t enough time left so which approach should i follow? Which will be more effective? I’m so confused! :s
Listen to the lectures – there’s only about 12 hours’ worth. Spread that out over 6 days @ 2 hours per day (or even over one weekend)
Then get stuck into the revision kit and past exam questions
