Q:inventory received on 29 june 2006 which was included in inventory at 30 june and the invoice for the goods was recorded in july 2006……
sol: from my view profit for 30june 2006 will be overstated.. and inventory at 30june 2006 also overstated…… but the correct answere is only profit will be overstated anyone tel me please why inventory is not overstated ?
Inventory is not overstated because the goods were received before 30 June and were included in inventory at 30 June, which was correct.
