    Aloysious has 3 companies A, B and C. As at 31 Dec 2017, A owns 60% of B while B owns 50% of C.

    31 March 2019, B bought all remainder i.e. 50% of C; C become 100% owned by B and an indirect subsidiary of A.

Assuming ONLY A is consolidating its accounts, What is Goodwill, Pre-acquisition retained earning and NCI in A on C?
