hello there im sorry but i ddint knew wht to do
in the Course notes by OT
in the section of PARTNERSHIP page 52
there is AGREEMENT..
n after Typical matter to be agreed..
there are just letters
nothing has been described..
n this follows up in the next two pages too( I890 ACT and Dissolution Grounds)
please help out
