I will assume you have just entered into the ACCA from the degree route, and this is one of your first ACCA papers – if not, you should know by now to study for ACCA exams.

    Practise questions!
    Practise questions!
    Practise questions!

Don’t bother going through the study text, now you’re at the revision stage; only go through it if you are stuck on something.

When you start the exam, you need to work through the questions in a methodical way; hence, when you practise similiar questions, you can just dive into the question confidently and answer the question that you’ve practised over and over again. Especially for the consolidation question in part A, you need to be comfortable with working in a quick methodical way.

The trick to passing ACCA exams is to do as many past questions as possible; when you start the exam, most questions will be familiar to you, and you will know how to answer them.

    Hope this helps.
