Hello everyone.
Pls help me to understand this sentence. I am not pretty sure that I can understand it correctly
“Information for decision-making should incorporate uncertainly in some way.”
Also, what is population data?

The first sentence means that when we plan for future in terms of budgeting or as such, we are never sure about the future for certain. For example we can not be sure about the exhchange rate or if the government is going to be the same and the present government policies will stay. So we should always incorporate uncertanity in that regard.
Population data is simply the data thats collected from the population e.g census
