HELP 50 mark question technique!!!!!

I am really struggling getting my exam technique right for the 50 mark question.
I have a fair depth of knowledge, but have problems putting it in to any meaningful, useful plan.

I’m ok when I can use a model, but not all question elements require a model and this is where I struggle. Do you have any suggestions? I’ve tried mind maps and also highlighting key text, annotating and then trying to write up an answer but I don’t feel organised at all. Any help greatly appreciated!
