Hi sir,
Hope this finds you well.
I’m only left with practice of hedging now. The Kaplan kit has around 20 questions on hedging that go as back as 2011. I believe it would be a waste of time if I do all of them as I have another exam too and would be better off attempting a mock or two in the remaining time and then revise my concepts one last time and go through my practice log before the exam.
So, I was thinking of practicing only the latest questions putting 2015 as my cut-off. I usually try to go through as many questions as possible but this time around I got caught up in other stuff which is why I need your advice if it is okay.

Though, the older ones would definitely be helpful I just feel that focusing on the latest trend would be a smarter way to go about it but I haven’t looked at the questions and I certainly do not have your knowledge and experience of the exam, so I would really appreciate if you could comment on my approach and logic 🙂
November 23, 2023 at 8:53 am #695300As I wrote before, your approach is sensible if you are limited with regard to time.
The current examiner took over in 2010, so certainly questions earlier than then are less important.
November 23, 2023 at 3:35 pm #695340Thank you for the reassurance.
What do you mean by the current examiner took over in 2010? Was the syllabus different back then?
November 24, 2023 at 7:48 am #695376There have been syllabus changes over the year, but I mentioned the change of examiner because the emphasis and wording of questions tends to change when the examiner changes.
November 24, 2023 at 1:32 pm #695403Got it. Thank you!
November 24, 2023 at 3:42 pm #695411You are welcome 🙂
