Sir could u please explain me part (c) cash offer of 1.33 for each strand co share plus---------- so in solution why are they adding 1.33+4.62. Thank you sir.

11y ago#1The cash plus shares offer (ii) is cash of 1.33 plus 1 share worth 9.24 for every 2 shares.
So the amount being received for every share is 1.33 + 9.24/2
