has any one failed OBU project for third time.

Hi to all, I have failed the project twice and would like to know from others whether any one has failed for the third time and lost the battle. I need to know this because I have passed P2 only after F’s and might not be able to complete ACCA in time. This means I will get nothing out of spending ten years doing ACCA. I wish to know that is it necessary that they clear every one in third attempt.
