1)Sir in this case the closing of mill was a general damage or special damage?
2) Sir as you said that The Court / Tribunal will decide on the basis of either (or both), but sir in exam how we will know that in the scenario we have to apply economic reality test or control test or integration test?
1) Does it matter? There is NO situation / exam question where “general damage or special damage” could possibly be the choice of answer!
2) You won’t … because there is NO situation in an mcq exam where that will be the coice of answer
