Dear John,
I failed my F5 with 48%. I need your guidance please.
I am thinking about to ask for administrative reviews.
What is your experience with your students? Would that make the difference? Would you advise it?
I studied very hard, everyday at least an hour and half after work and at the weekend at least 4-5 hours both Saturdays and Sundays. I studied like that for 2 and half months.I’ve listened your lectures twice, I practiced the exam kit twice…did mock exams with 70% pass…I just wanted you to see I am not a lazy or uncaring person I take my studies very seriously. Actually this is my first time failing an exam in my whole life. I finished all my studies before with distinction until now…Please let me know what you think would be the best?
Thanking you in advance,Kind regards,

The problem with an administrative review (apart from the cost) is that all they do is check that they have recorded the marks properly. They do not remark the paper (and because you got 48% your paper will already have been marked twice, including by the examiner).
They could have made a mistake recording the marks, but I have never heard of anyone who actually did have their marks changed after an administrative review.
