Hi,sir!i am wondering the calculation of GRY?
GRY=4+(1089.01-1079.68)/(1089.01-1043.27)

They are effectively calculating the IRR. They have guessed at 4% and at 5% and then they are apportioning between the two to see which gives an PV of 1079.68 (the MV).
