Dear Sir,
In calculating maximum loss (As group relief) claimable by claiming company, do we need to deduct past year trading loss from Trade Profit figure. (Please give an example.)

In the claimant company trading losses b/f take priority to current period losses and therefore must be deducted from trading profit in determining the max amount of group relief available to be claimed
