Control will exist when the investor has < 50% of the voting rights with the remainder widely distributed . I taught control exist when investor parent co hold above 50% .

No, the question said that it had been undervalued by $12,000
The question never gave a figure for $600,000 and that’s why, when I wrote my response, I said the inventory was , SAY, $600,000
