Hi Mike
Last few days before my exam and something kept propping up as a question time and time again.
I would like to know, as I am still confused, the circumstances when a court could issue an order for a public/private company to be compulsorily wound up
Seems that every answer I had put in past papers for this question came wrong.
Regards
Avnish
Page 115 in the free course notes for F4 english details the 6 grounds whereby the court may grant a winding-up order!
