Hi there
Grievances usually mean that an employee feels mistreated by the company so he or she may decide to complain to the boss or HR
I don’t know why but the revision kit keeps always gives grievance as an option when it comes into the chapter of “learning”
Eg For either mentoring,counselling or coaching
It alwasy gives grievance as an option
But of course this is neither right???
