How pyramid is applied?
1-There is no cycle time, waste and deliveries mentioned in pyramid why??
2-Under the productivity section it is given that productivity is measured by the inefficiencies and waste. but waste should have be in the last level under the heading of “Waste”.
Please explain.
Thank you.1 I don’t know why not. I wouldmhave drawn the pyramid then applied every component to the scenario as well as I could. Cycle time is very important in a fashion business.
2 Productivity and waste are connected as high waste causes low productivity. Similarly, flexibility depends on cycle time and delivery. The connections between the levels are important.
