can one person non executive director be involved in audit committee, nomination committee as well as remuneration committee at the same time?
i would say no,but its just my opinion
My argument is NED is an independent director and as long as they are no crossed-directorship he/ she can be participated in the three committees that you are mentioned above. Otherwise, it will be an additional bureaucracy costs for recruiting different NEDs for the committees.
I agree with Pinkfernleaf. There are no reasons to refuse his/her participance in all three committees until he/she keeps his/her independence (not involved in executive activities).
What i see in practice is that due to constraint in finding NED, they are often involved in all committee but may only lead ( chairman) 1 of the committee at any given time.
