Hmm, the only “full” set of course notes is for the English Law variant. However, there are a LOT of cases in that syllabus when compared with the global variant and it’s my experience that overseas students find great difficulty in remembering these case names. Additionally, those students that have failed in the English variant have sometimes then gone on to pass the global paper and seem to agree that global is “easier”

    It’s up to you!

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your valuable advice.also just advice me regarding study text is that enough OP Study material & video for F4-Global. Regarding Exam Kit(Question Bank) can I purchase KAPLAN Material. Is there any requirement for study text in addition to exam kit.

    Thank you very much sir

Had I not started yet to study, I would definitely take ENG. I have never had time to sit F4 before, so sitting it now with F9 and P1. With all the other papers so far, OT has been amazingly important support and I really thank OT and BPP exam kits of passing all the exams on first attempt and with good margin.

And now I was stupid enough to pick a variant that has no OT lectures.. I really struggle with my F4 studies at the moment, and I even had specialization in law when doing BBA. I do not really believe that F4 GLO would be horribly difficult to pass, but I am very worried about my own motivation with the subject. The study text is as attractive as cold porridge, as we say in my country..

Ninska – there’s about 60% of the global law covered by the English variant lectures. The additional bit which you will need t know is arbitration, international organisations and international sale of goods. Don’t panic!

Hmmm – OK Sweetypie – you really need to be careful when you “quote” other people! If I hadn’t seen your post and responded when I did, who can tell how many other students could have read it and assumed that that was really what I said!

Never mind, damage controlled (I hope)
