Hi there,
I was wondering if the lectures, particularly the Company Law thru Capital Maintenance lectures are applicable for the Global Variant. I understand that the subject of “Global Variant lectures” has been a repetitive question, but the posts I have seen are older and the start of the Company Law lectures are focused on the UK (I have only started the intro lecture), so I want to make sure that I invest my time properly. Do these apply to the Global Variant?
Additionally it states on the lecture site that Common Law and Law of tort are applicable to the Global variant, but I can’t seem to find the corresponding notes in the GLO notes download, am I missing something
Thank you for the wonderful lectures and your kind help

The course notes cover the global syllabus – if common law and tort are in the notes, these topics are in the syllabus
Equally, it they’re not in the notes …
