In BPP kit que 50, there’s a gratuity of 500 gifted from a client to an employee is considered as taxable benefit
according to BPP answer
But in kaplan Studytext, gifts from client are exempted employment income.
What is correct ?
Gifts received, by reason of employment from a client, will be exempt
provided the cost from any one source does not exceed £250 in a tax year
