Hi tutor,
A person gave his business to his son which includes Goodwill. Goodwill was built up since 1st Jan 2010 so according to the lecture on OT Goodwill becomes CBA if it was built before 1-4-02 and then gift relief would be available but here we are providing gift relief on this Goodwill as well. Confused! It’s the question of Kaplan. Guide me with the correct answer for this.
