do donations made to national charity qualify for Gross gift aid donations while calculating ANI?And what about Political donations? I am almost sure that they don’t but still….
Donations may be made to any size charity under the gift aid scheme. Political parties are not charities and therefore it does not apply. I think you are confusing the rules of gift aid with the adjustment of trading profit rules for when a donation is an allowable deduction in deriving the adjusted trading profit of the business! These are 2 separate issues!
