Ok I need to get someone help on this, So I have finished my exams and found a new job. Now can I get my new manager to sign off all the performance objectives, if I get them all completed under her over the next few months. I will have completed my three years next April.

Or do I have to go to my old boss, as I did the majority under him. I am having a few contractual issues right now with the old firm, and he may make it hard to sign off my performance objectives so would rather not go back to him.

    Would love someones advice. thanks
