    Dear Sir,
I am studying P3 for first time and im getting confused about if im answering my question right or wrong. I have asked my friends and their opinions are always different they say everyone has different technique. Sir i want to ask general Question that I have attempted a past question of Sep/Dec15 ICOM Institute of Certified Operations Manager.
The Requirement is to Critically Evaluate the Mission Statement,CSF,KPI. I want to ask if my way of answering thinking style is correct or Not. In Question the mission Statement is:
“Simply the best in Operations management”. but John turvey Says they require replacement of mission Statement and the new one said “Our mission is to satisfy the needs of our members,to Inspire Our Students and to motivate Our staff that provide Service”. Now here we have to Evaluate. Sir i when i read this for first time i wrote that this statement also has a problem that it does not consider other stakeholders that is Industry which recruits the Managers i mean that the satisfying and meeting the Industry Needs is also Important and also it lacks public Interest.Did i say wrong or right.
Another thing is That while in Critical Success Factors it say we have to do long term Planning. In one of the CSF he said “To Ensure that Syllabus is inline with Current Operations Management Environment” I commented here that because we are planning on long term Syllabus should not only meet current needs but also it should be updated to make accountants work better in future. Because he wrote current i also focused on Long term in future .
Sir i feel my confidence is going down because my answers dont match with that of my friends But are close to past papers but not exact and sometimes different from past paper. So will my answers be considered Valid or im doing Wrong.
Please comment and guide me Sir i will be thankful.
    Thank you.
