Sir, in this question it is specifically mentioned that receipts are receivable in arrears and wages are payable in arrears i.e. 1st year’s received and paid in second year so discounting the relevant cash flows at the year end of 2nd year, but in the answer part they have discounted the same at the end of the 1st year itself. Please clarify the above.
