Best value is not a generic strategy. If you mean low cost/low price/no frills then that’s what it says. Focused differentiation is likely to be high cost/high price/high quality.
I hadn’t heard the term before, so I wouldn’t worry about it for P3 if I were you. I suppose it might be on the strategic clock.
Can you please list the type of generic strategies? Thanks a lot for your cooperation. May you and all the other teachers live happily!
