Can I capitalize (including expensies of training in cost of purchased a machine) the cost of training my staff to get a machine into work

No you don’t capitalize training cost because by their nature they are not qualified to be capital expenses (CAPEX)The entity do not have control over staffs who can decide to leave at anytime irrespective of the amount of training cost the employer has incurred.
remember assets are resources CONTROLLED by an entity as a result of past events the use of which results in the inflow of economic benefits to the entity.
